I have given hundreds of speeches and keynotes to audiences ranging from less than 10 to well more than 500 professionals. Conferences, company events, trainings, lectures, etc. – my style of speaking fits most of the occasions.

Though I’m busy with many things in life, I still always find the time to step in front of an audience. Why and how do I do it?

Public speaking is a form of art as well as a source of great inspiration for me. I talk from experience and motivate through my high energy and passion.

I do not lecture – I share my experiences and knowledge gathered through real-life situations, discussions with other professionals in their respective fields, and best practices (not just best theories).

I’m actively involved in sharing my experiences with students as well and find giving back and investing in future generations highly meaningful and fulfilling.

Public speaking is so much fun for me! This shows.

Doing the Impossible

I’m most well-known for my role in doing the (im)possible: transfer of Lithuania’s main airport to Kaunas for 35 days and the reconstruction of the runway at Vilnius airport in 2017.

Great many experiences and advice have come out of this extraordinary endeavor!

The story is unbelievable!

Doing the Impossible

I’m most well-known for my role in doing the (im)possible: transfer of Lithuania’s main airport to Kaunas for 35 days and the reconstruction of the runway at Vilnius airport in 2017.

From 14 July to 18 August 2017 Vilnius Airport was completely closed for reconstruction. For 35 summer high season days, Kaunas was the capital of aviation in Lithuania since around 95 percent of all flights to and from Lithuania happened at Kaunas Airport.

Full runway reconstruction at Vilnius Airport was already a big challenge since it has never been done before, but for Kaunas Airport to be ready to service 4 times more flights and passengers during the peak summer time brought this project to the highest level of complexity and difficulty.

A project team of 70+ employees, 250+ stakeholders, more than 50 contractors, a budget of close to 40 million Eur, and just 35 days – that's just some numbers to describe this extraordinary endeavor.

It's not just numbers. Tons of motivation and hard work, best project management practices, extreme amounts of external and internal communication, team spirit, leadership, getting way out of comfort zone, and much more was needed to finish the project on time, under budget and, well, do more than anyone expected.

Did we make mistakes? Yes, we did. But we learn a lot. Now anyone can learn from us!

No nonsense, just practical knowledge and experiences to remember

As someone who started my career early, worked really hard, got involved in numerous unique experiences, and achieved quite a lot of success, I have a lot to share with others. I also do experience-based trainings.

Topics I can cover include but are not limited to: Blue Ocean Strategy, having a successful career, negotiation, project management, communication by top management, founder-CEO succession, and corporate governance.
